In addition, her work covers drafting and negotiation of a wide range of contracts, participation to legal due diligence investigations and representation of clients before state authorities.<\/p>\n Before founding Jlaw in 2012, Claudia was a lawyer with two of the largest law firms in Romania, CMS Cameron McKenna and PeliFilip, where she advised many high profile corporations mainly from IT&C, pharma and FMCG industries.<\/p>\n She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Chamber of Industrial Property Attorneys.
